You can delete your ApprovedExtras account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open ApprovedExtras and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Can't access the app?
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account deletion request." We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days (typically much sooner).
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account record and sign-in identity (email, profile).
- Every extra-work item, change order, and the activity history on them.
- All messages generated or logged for those items.
- All photos you uploaded (removed from our storage).
- Your sender profile, usage counters, and subscription/entitlement records.
Deletion cascades across our database in a single operation, and the associated photo files are purged from cloud storage. We retain no backup copy of your content beyond standard short-term, rolling infrastructure backups, which expire automatically.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
